Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policy is set according to adhesion contract for hotel and tourism industry announced by Taiwanese Tourism Bureau.
．100% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made on the date of your scheduled arrival date;
． 80% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within a day prior to your scheduled arrival date;
．70% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 2 to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
． 60% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 4 to 6 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
． 50% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 7 to 9 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
．30% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 10 to 13 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
．Deposit would be fully refunded if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
