． Guests are required to provide photo identifications upon check-in.
． Smoking is prohibited in the hotel building.
． Pets are not allowed (except guide dog).
． Please note that rooms will only be reserved after deposit being received by the Hotel.
．We reserve the right to change rates. Rates are subject to change according to rates announced at the Hotel.
． In the event you complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
．Receipts are provided upon check-out.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation policy is set according to adhesion contract for hotel and tourism industry announced by Taiwanese Tourism Bureau.
．100% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made on the date of your scheduled arrival date;
． 80% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within a day prior to your scheduled arrival date;
．70% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 2 to 3 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
． 60% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 4 to 6 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
． 50% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 7 to 9 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
．30% of deposit would be taken if cancellation is made within 10 to 13 days prior to your scheduled arrival date;
．Deposit would be fully refunded if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
